Two years in a row, he neglected to fill out that the company hadn't paid Social Security on my Mother and she needed to pay it when she filed her taxes. He admitted his mistake, but never stepped up and paid the penalty for his errors. As a licensed tax preparer, I believe he should have paid the penalties for his error.
