I had to send documents back to prove that I had a daughter. I did that and Louke told me my refund and I've been getting excuses about Betty is out of town for a month due to family issues and been hearing theres a freeze. Why, I don't know and she won't answer my texts or calls. I'm getting fed up. Took my money and don't hear the update on anything. I'm about to report them!

This lady claimed that she could do tax amendments. I paid her and her assistant Loueke S. $120.00 and only got a denial letter from the IRS. They requested additional documentation to go along with the original paperwork however I have not been able to get in touch with them. They are dishonest and I will definitely not be using them again.

I paid my money for Ms. Betty to amend my taxes for the past three years and only got back one check. Been calling and leaving messages for them to call me back about the other two returns and they will not return any of my calls. Very poor service and communication, sad thing about it was that I recommended them to others, now we all in the same boat. Don't be fooled by this lady and her assistant.

Paid these people to do amendments on three years returns.Got a check back for one. There was mistakes made by these folks on the other two years. Finally got in touch with them and they still haven't corrected problem, cannot get in touch with Betty tax service. There phone is disconnected and the number for the assistant won't be answered. Been calling and texting for two months with no luck.Looks like I will have to pay someone to correct their mistakes. Won't use them again. Bad service.
