to SUMANTHi had emailed you my rate list and it says straight pay in advance and you were satisfied and paid. i charge to prepare the return not to efile . so i prepared your return and emailed you in timely manner. because i am licensed tax preparer for the last 33 years so i don't put lie on client's behalf on return . that's what you wanted me to do. so i refused you. to get money back from me you tried all your dirty tricks , talking to bank, talking to better business bureau and talking to IRS. but could not succeed so you came to that low to put bad review for me... THIS IS NOT INDIA. THIS IS AMERICA. ALWAYS HAVE THIS IN YOUR MIND... IN THIS COUNTRY YOU CAN NOT DO DIRTY THINGS WHAT YOU ARE ACCUSTOMED TO DO IN INDIA... I AM IN THIS COUNTRY 41 YEARS AND DOING TAXES FOR 33 YEARS. WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINT.. I HAVE OVER 1800 SATISFIED CLIENTS. THAT IS CALLED BUSINESS....

to rameshi am not other kind of tax preparer who charges lum sum fee a big one. i charge fee for each form i need to fill. with this way clients has to pay lot less . and i email my price sheet first for clients to see and decide if they want my services. and usually my fee is half of other tax prepares. and where as city tax concern. in your city if there is city tax. computer calculates it. we have no control over it. and i could not find your record that i did your tax. may be some one instigated you to write this review. i am doing taxes for the last 33 years and no one has complaint with me. i have many clients with me for the last 15 years. and are very happy with my prices and quality of work. i work 7 days a week and 15 hours a day i am client's services.

was quite responsive until I made payment charged multiple line items total was unreasonable , it was okay for me since I had a complex case , after payment I had to literally chase him. I understand it is a busy time for all CA , however for the money i paid, I wanted to my work to the finished , which he left half way did not solve even after Multiple follows . He was not able to explain or justify some unsual city tax which none of my colleagues got only I had got it.

Don't consider doing your taxes with them,- No free estimate- No estimate even after paying money- No refund service if you don't like the estimate provided by them- Unresponsive, I had to follow up 10-15 times to get an update- Very slow service
