Very unprofessional makes mistakes and then her and the assistant screams to you over the phone on how you need fix their mistakes and how you then have to sit and wait for the IRS to respond. Furthermore screaming on how you can sit and wait for a full refund on the services they charged and made a mess of. Very disrespectful and unethical. I do not recommend Maria Rioseco. She is very knowledgeable in charging her fees and then Blaming IRS for her mistakes.
