This has been the worse experience ever. On behalf of my father he has yet to receive his refund as this tax preparer has been missing since March. No one picks up the phone. He also sends the refund check to his account prior to cashing it. This will definitely be my Father last time going there. Been waiting for 2 months and nothing from neither of them, the father and son!! This is horrible especially during this crisis!!!
