Horrible company. I have sent them all my information and have not been able to get in contact with them. We were communicating over email and phone then all communication stopped. I have used them before as well and they did fine. This was why I trusted them.

Do NOT trust Branden Kemp to do your taxes. He has not returned my calls or messages and hes had my return for a month. Im having to file a police report and work with tax payer advocate to get my refund from him. Everyone I talk to who has used him since this happened tell me similar stories. He works out of Georgia too. Do NOT USE HIM OR HIS AFFILIATES
