Did NOT assist me at all when she had prepared my taxes for 2016- she is virtual - which should have sent a red flag- had me ask questions through a page she had set up- this was USELESS- finally got her to call me personally after months of receiving my audit notice- she said how busy she was.....,.,,,, in the end I am paying over 6,000 in audited taxes that she could not supply the irs with answers for. Very very unhappy and will never use her again.
