Constantly missed set deadlines. Unresponsive at times when tax deadlines approached. Decided to forfeit on my tax returns last minute.

Terrible experience. If you have a Resident Alien Visa do not go with this person. My partner and I did not get a penny for our refund plus IRS informed us that the person who helped filing the form had no idea of what he was doing. Several mistakes on the tax filling, this person does not have a clue of how immigrant are taxed or have to pay taxes. After discovering the problem, he stop responding my calls and emails. Very irresponsible.

My experience was with Mr. Banks. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his craft, and was willing to go over things that we might not understand in the tax world.
