Dealing with Walter was great followed through on everything he said he would. But Richard didnt do his part he fell short to finish our agreement with the federal government taxes In which we emailed about from day one. Now they undid our agreement because he told me I was all set it takes time. Every time I sent a paper to the office I did make my payments and pay taxes in full for 2018 as I was told to do. Now he says oh now your to late I cant help you. Please explain how this works out ? I would love to speak with someone who knows how this happens

Paid for services in 2015 and still waiting for closure. I too wish Tax Champions would give me updates of the status of my account but I am afraid that my company is not important enough for their time. Tax Champions has all the right vocabulary when promising results but it appears too busy to follow through. I have been disappointed for nearly 4 years waiting for closure.
