Absolutely terrible. Ben and Darla have had terrible response times since I started to work with them for my business. MONTHS go by and emails are ignored. We had them amend a return for us and the IRS has sent us multiple incorrect letters of amount due and weve asked Ben and Darla to resolve. We made them our Power Of Attorney and still RARELY get a response. Again MONTHS go by with threatening letters from the IRS and sending us to collections and threatening liens. All of which was shared with Ben and Darla every single time. And ignored. ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR. They have failed us. Completely. Its clear they dont care about us. We have to hire a lawyer and another accountant to resolve this situation caused by their negligence.
