We have worked with Connie for coming up on 5 years now. She is always available for us and goes above and beyond getting back to us and spending the time we need to explain things. She's very knowledgeable and has a good system for return clients to update their information and make an appt each year that works for everyone. She's always so cheerful and nice to talk to, and I actually look forward to my tax appt to catch up from the past year!
