Prior to starting The Small Biz Chic in 2009, Roxann started out in construction and soon launched her own low-voltage contracting business with a partner where she wore many hats. In her fourth year of running that business, they reached $3 million in sales with clients in three countries. Roxann's niche expertise includes construction, especially subcontractors, service businesses, retail, and wineries.

Roxann earned a BA degree in Management & Entertainment & Tourism Studies at California State University-Fullerton. Her business is solar-powered and she loves being outdoors, boating, scuba diving, and taking tropical vacations. She also enjoys spending time with her four large dogs and one medium-sized child.
