I was extremely disappointed with this service and would suggest not having your taxes done here. She had my tax information for 8 months, filed extensions and never completed the taxes. I needed to find a CPA in order to get my taxes done and submitted. I never understood her dellat and lack of any apparent work done on my taxes. Very confusing and unreliable person to work with.
