What a snotty lady!! Went in as a first time client- unbelievably she was recommended by a friend. I'm not taking their recommendations any more after meeting her. Haughty, dishonest, and makes a lot of excuses for why things aren't done as promised, mistakes made, etc... Blames the client for her shortcomings. I want nothing further to do with her. Oh, and my taxes came out so badly that I paid twice and got another professional to do them again..... amazingly the second tax specialist saved me over 4K . She is incompetent. And SO RUDE.

What an entitled b. I've never met someone so arrogant and rude. She claims to be a professional but could not answer even basic questions we asked her. It took her WEEKS to return phone calls. She never apologized for anything-- not for her mistakes, not for her lack of knowledge, not for taking WEEKS to return a phone call. I hated her-- will never ever do business with her again. She's lucky I did not report her to the Tax Board. Take my advice-- run don't walk away from this one. Also, she charged us double what our last preparer did. Double, and nothing has changed on our end.

This woman is a fraud- she is unprofessional and very rude. She fails to return phone calls, missed deadline after deadline in a schedule she created. I have worked with many people over the years and I have never met someone so lacking in integrity, and so prone to making errors. She lost paperwork, made flimsy excuses and when all else failed- blamed us for her own mistakes and shortcomings. DO NOT USE!
