He over inflated our work deductions and cost us over $6k in taxes and penalties, plus he has never been in an face to face IRS audit before so we had to hire an EA to assist us. He has refused to reimburse us for the cost of the Enrolled Agent and blamed us for the audit. Would advise anyone that needs a CPA to avoid his at all costs.

Just to clear this up...I had given the client a warning about their deductions and that they need to review them before I submit their taxes. Which they did and advised me to go ahead and file their taxes. I even showed them that they had and then they sent me a bill for their attorney fees. And for the record, I have a clean record and have not had the need to have a face to face meeting with any agency, including the IRS. Thanks Don
