Terrible, she waited 3 months to file my taxes. I got a notice from IRS with Penalty Code 6651 Failure to File, I asked her what happened and she started to throw irrelevant things such as childcare. Failure to file is just that. Has NOTHING to do with whats in the taxes. Ill never go back. Beware.

She was recommended by a friend. I drove out to Moreno Valley, 35 miles. She took my paperwork on March 23rd and told me it would take a week. Then she kept putting me off for a month. Always had some excuse. When May came around she stopped taking my calls. On my 6th, after not being able to contact her , I had to drive to her house in Moreno Valley at 1:30. I used my wife's phone and she finally picked up the phone. I had to wait 3 hours to get my taxes back, not completed. She didn't even apologize for wasting my time and gas. Stay away!
