In 2021 Sherri Fong prepared our Tax Return. In March 2023 we were notified by IRS of past taxes due from 2021. Turns out Sherri Fong failed to list a Taxable Dividend from Stanley Morgan on annual reports sent to her. When we contacted Sherri Fong regarding this matter she simply referred us to a 3rd Party Tax Assistance Company. Sherri Fong only communicates with clients via text or email. Fong has failed to respond to any texts or hand delivered mail to her. Last text we’ve received from Fong was March 2023. It’s now October 2023. I know I’m liable for paying this tax but Sherri Fong has made no Good Faith gesture to compensate us for the Penalties and Interest accrued due to her mistake. Very Unprofessional.
