I am giving Laguna Tax Service a very low rating for their services in 2019. My wife and I have been using Laguna Tax Service to complete our yearly tax forms for the last several years. Our bill last year for completing the tax package was 250.00. This year, when we arrived to pick our completed tax forms, we are given a bill amounting to 765.00, which is a large increase from the prior years. The main reason for the low rating for 2019 is that we provided all of our tax information to Laguna tax services almost a week prior our review meeting. During the meeting, we were we not provided a cost estimate or any indication that the cost would increase for this year.
