We are very thankful for Jamie and her team for going to extreme lengths to make sure our return was perfect! Her knowledge about taxes was incredible. We will never utilize anyone other than Jamies tax services for ourselves and business!

I am not putting my real name in here because CA is a bunch of whiny liberals who will sue if somebody has a differing opinion.
Point is, 8 months after sending my tax documents for review and contacting this CPA via email and phone 8 times, she hasn't done a single thing to provide guidance with already paid taxes that need to be reviewed.
Jamie was in the hospital for surgery, and maybe she died or hasn't recovered after 8 months.
At least she could have said she doesn't know her job or won't do it instead of nothing at all.
I will pay somebody else to review a simple 1040A form and CA State tax forms.
