They don't have a clue about State taxes. Made a $500.00 error on the first visit resulting in my having to pay when I should have got a refund. They submitted electronically. I reviewd again later and found several errors. They said it wasn't there fault, it was because of their software. When back for a second time and they screwed up again. On the third visit they told me I would be audited. Don't waste your time or money.
