She is horrible and a acholic she fixes people taxes that haven't even worked and get them thousands back but I did work and here it is November and I still haven't gotten my taxes I keep getting the run around and when I asked her can she see what's going on she said her computer was crashed and started talking trash when I threatened to report her to the IRS saying thanks for the warning so she gets neglected 5 stars and I want the IRS to look at what she's doing because people that haven't worked a day got thousands of dollars and I actually worked and got nothing
