Kim has the worse customer service ever. She was exactly like the last review rude and condescending! Clearly doesnt realize shes a dime a dozen. Will never recommend her to anyone ever. If I could write a bad yelp review on her I would. Dont waste your time or your money shes not worth it.

This was one of my worst experiences with a tax person ever.Kim was rude and condescending to me. Well never us her again. Took 3 to 5 days for her to return calls after i would leave a message .
