Connie has been my tax preparer for 14 years. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere because she is that good. She is knowledgeable about Schedule C and S-Corp small business tax issues to be sure, but so much more. She can easily handle tax aspects of real estate sales, and she is the first call I make when contemplating any new investment strategy. Several years ago I referred a family member who had failed to file or pay tax for several years. It was a really messy situation with an IRS tax levy, the whole nightmare. Connie jumped on it immediately and unraveled the levy and repaired the unfiled/unpaid tax history in short order. She saw the whole problem through for my family member to a resolution with the IRS that I didn't think was possible to achieve. She is amazing, smart, hard working and dependable - and one of the nicest people on the planet.

In 2010, I was overwhelmed with IRS debt. I had been going to H & R block for years to get my taxes done and constantly assessed with penalties. I was nearly 30,000.00 in debt to the IRS. Connie Kline is the most unprofessional individual I have ever had the misfortune of trusting. She tells you (When you can actually get hold of her) that everything is just fine and she will get back to you shortly. SHE NEVER DOES. She doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. The only time I could reach her was on the of chance that she would answer her phone. I trusted her to handle an Offer in Compromise with the State of CA and she told me she was "on it and don't worry". Well the due date is long gone and she hasn't even returned my calls. I wish there were NEGATIVE stars to rate this unreliable, unprofessional individual.
