This was one of THE WORST experiences Ive ever dealt with. I never thought Id experience this kind of disgusting behavior, especially at a business my parents have been going to for YEARS. First off, I call to see if I could come in to do my taxes, his wife who also runs this joke of a business with him says no at first, I ask why, and she rudely asks where are you coming from? And I tell her that Id be there in 30 minutes. I dont know what made her change her mind, but she said okay. Moments after I come in to this shrubby and ugly place, she automatically starts asking personal questions. RUDE AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. As her husband was reviewing my W2s, he pointed out that I made mistakes with how I filed. They both laughed at my mistake, making me feel uncomfortable, and his wife had to audacity to say under her breath dont you know anything? They proceeeded to speak in Tagalog I could hardly make out what they were saying, but I knew enough to know that they were talking about me and again, they laughed, acting like I was a moron for even going to them. The last few jabs were then made about my parents. Inappropriate and disgusting. I was appalled and ended up leaving. The fact that I was going to actually pay these nasty people after the rude and hurtful remarks they made, just shows how classless this business is. I dont know what his wifes problem is, but she is a nosy, rude, and profoundly nasty joke of a business woman. Do not go here, they are gossipers and will try to meddle into your life because they clearly have nothing better to do with their own.
