I am a Medicare Insurance agent so I know the importance of Great Customer Service. Kim is so easy to get a hold of when you have a question. She is knowledgeable and thoughtful and I really appreciate her! She is a 5 star on Trust, a 5 star on Knowledge, and a 5 star on Responsiveness. In my book she is the best!

Kim is always on top of things and and very easy to get a hold of. She is freindly and profesional. I truly appreciate the local service she provides in Acton. After commuting everyday the last thing I want to do is drive some where to see about my finances.Just a quick drive up the street. Very convinient.

I have worked with Kim for several years in managing the accounting for a large employer in Mojave & Lancaster. Her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and very welcomed.
He ability to explain the intricacies of accounting to non-accountants and small business owners fosters cooperation between departments and allows non financial people to see the bigger accounting picture. Coupled with her extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, she is / would be a welcomed addition to any business entity.
