Camala met with me and told me she would work with the IRS and get their audit corrected for our 2018 tax returns. She said she would send to IRS. She did not send to my knowledge nor would she return 9 of my phone calls to see why she would not do what she promised. She promised to send the IRS a statement and she promised to send me a copy and she did neither. She did our taxes in 2018 and the IRS audited our taxes for that year. She owed it to us to correct the mistakes and send the response back to the IRS. I would not use her again because she did not do what she promised she would do. This is not a small matter. I have been a business owner since 1998. Sadly, have been through several CPA's in that time. Not anymore. I have used Ascend for many years. I enjoy the peace of mind from knowing 'all is well'. My payroll, quarterlys, W-2s, income taxes are all handled timely, professionally, and hassle-free. Could not be more pleased.
