I dont know who the other reviewers are describing,but I found her to be very helpful, just what I needed, resolving a tax issue over how claim an accident settlement and chasing down a tardy tax refund.

Karen klein, dispite my better judgement and reading the reviews. I tried her services. Just like all the other reviews on here she's not a professional, doesn't stand behind her work and doesn't return calls or emails. Go elsewhere!!! Stay away!!!

I do not recommend Karens services.She is very unorganized, and does not take responsibility for her actions.We were filing taxes beyond the due date and asked her to file an extension-to-pay. She claimed she did.The IRS has charged us 800.00 because she did not.She wont return any correspondence and the IRS wont refund because she is at fault.We are now looking into small claims... what a drag.If you are reading this Karen, will You please contact us.We are hardworking citizens, that is a lot of money to us! Thank you.

never Filed extension that we needed and were told it was done. Got a bill from IRS stating this and also included interest. Called her a million times and asked her to call....never received ANYTHING from her. No courtesy call. No email or text.

Paid to have two years filed on Jan 20. After not receiving my refunds, and no answer from Karen, I called the IRS and found they NEVER RECEIVED THE ELECTRONIC RETURNS! When I contacted Karen, she admitted she thought they were submitted, but there must have been a glitch... In other words, never submitted. It's now April 17, three months later, she JUST NOW completed the submission. Is refusing to refund my fees paid to her - Absolutely horrendous accountant, obviously not a professional by any means. DO NOT GO HERE!!
