STAY AWAY! I can speak from personal experience that this CPA firm is not to be trusted. These people have no respect for their clients. They speak of confidentiality, however they store passwords to their computer hardware and client files in unlocked drawers in every office. Clients files are also not locked up and are visible in plain sight from the front entrance of the firm. This firm is run by Adam and his wife Joanne. On a daily basis I would listen to them talk negatively about their clients and their competition, as well as others in their professional network. Plain and simple Adam will be looking at your engagement as billable time and nothing else.I was hired by Adam and Joanne in December 2019 with no recent CPA firm experience. They expected me to perform at the level of a staff member with 5 years experience with zero training of any kind. I was told to take my time and get things done right. By week 2 they were riding me to get things done faster. Every other day they would blame me and get on my case for something. There was no pleasing them. I was with a solid corporation for 6 years, took a pay cut and a dramatic reduction in benefits because I believed in what he was selling me in terms of culture and growth potential. I have my first child on the way and I recently bought my first house. Havent even made my first mortgage payment yet. I showed up to work on time ready to work hard everyday. He fired me before even reaching 30 days with the firm.DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY OR HIS WIFE. PERIOD.Worst employment experience of my life. I have never been fired in my life, and have always excelled in employment roles I have been in.
