This was literally the worst experience I have ever had. It was extremely unprofessional. He does not respond for days and weeks. It took him about 2 months to complete my taxes. I recommended him to several people and they received the same treatment, which was extremely disappointing. Then, after the whole process, he wanted me to pay full price for the service. It was 250, which would have been okay if everything was done appropriately. I still payed 200. I recommended my family member who needed at lot of help, it is now 1 year later, he doesn't answer her and she has paid 1000. The only time he does answer is when she pays him but her problem still is not resolved. He may be kind, but business is business and the way we were treated was unprofessional.
