I gave my tax papers for the 2016 tax year to this business on March 30, 2016. It has been one excuse after another and my taxes are still not done. Before i gave them the tax papers, i divided the papers according to income from work, social security, VA benefits, pay outs from IRA, AND Rental properties and expense related to the upkeep of the properties. During this time i have called the office many times and made three personal visits asking when i could expect my taxes to be done, never to be given specific date. As i said at the beginning of this review, I am still waiting.

Beware. Just had one of McColl's clients become a new tax client of mine. The 2015 return she prepared is wrong on almost every line. Worst return I've seen in years.
