Orum is very patient and understanding! I would recommend her to anyone, particularly anyone intimidated by the whole tax preparation process. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions even when I know it's the busiest time of the year for her. This is only my second year working with Orum, but I have learned so much. The client portal that she has set up to great too. I never worry about sharing important documents with securely. She's the best!
