I have never worked with a tax professional who was so helpful to me and my family. She was able to get several years of tax problems resolved in a short period of time. She educated me and my family so that we have an understanding of our financial situation and spending habits and gave us suggestions that we are able to implement immediately. I finally feel comfortable that we are on a good track with our tax compliance and with our future!

She forced me into an extension for 2 trusts and an estate without explaining you will get a penalty. I was fined and penalized in 2021 and in 2022 she tried same scam. Then over charged. I went else where.

I gave her all of my Tax information and my Parents tax information in January and February. She never called me and when I called her she put me off until 2 days before taxes due and said she could only do mine not my parents. Giving me 2 business days to find someone else was horrible. She also gave me a higher bill by surprise. Not trust worthy, dishonest and manipulative. Run away from this woman.
