Partner @ Forest Park Manufactured Homes in Wallkill. Slum Lord partner...Rents for lots increases yearly but lots are never maintained. Calls/complains are never returned. After several calls to report illegal dumping of appliances/garbage, garbage in neighboring lots, graffiti & much more .... still no return call or even a visit. Park is turning into "slum like environment". So call on grounds management is a joke & nasty individual! Don't waste your hard earn $$$$ living here!!
CPA...that's a scary thought!!!
