I just used Mark for the second time since moving to town, and I will continue to use him for my personal tax return filings. He is professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.He takes his time and is thorough. He prepares your return like it's his own. Both times I've gone to his office, I have had my young daughter with me. He has a TV, couches, and children's toys for them to play with in an undivided room, adjacent to his work area. That way I can still keep my eye on her.If ever asked for a recommendation for personal income tax filing, Mark is the first name that would come to mind.The two one star reviews on her for Mark appear to be from trolls. Mark has only ever gone above and beyond what is required from a cpa.

While getting divorced and explaining to him what I was going through he would laugh. Guess he thought it was funny how I was getting screwed over. Fast forward my new wife girlfriend at the time he screwed up her taxes two years in a row where she owed money. He wanted me to lie about her caring for a sick relative that we were not comfortable doing. He then stated he would do her taxes for free the next year when I suggested he do both of ours for what he has caused and he became annoyed and then sent me letter that we should part ways. I was glad to do so. I would never recommend him.

Talks a good game quits and takes your money while services are incomplete. Mark is personable and could do job but is lazy.
