Mr. McGauely has always been reliable and helpful even when we didn't have start doing our taxes. In fact because of his willingness to help us is what made us start using him. We trust him and he takes time to help us find everything we would need to help with our taxes. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bob McGauley is not reliable. We hired him to submit our Not for Profit tax reports and he did not file them and did not file an extension. We were fined $2,580.00
He does not return phone calls. I made 14 phone calls in four months to his office in attempt to confirm our filing.
