I have had my taxes prepared for over 30 years by Mark. I also used him for auto and home insurance until he got out of insurance. He has always been great and even works with my financial advisor when I need him to.
I am, however, a little disappointed to be charged an additional $50 for continuing to file paper returns vs Tax Caddy. After being a customer for 30+ years, I would not have expected that. In fairness, I knew that was what I was told would happen when I made the choice.
